  • "Bought my first Dirt bike here. Had a blast on it, and had it serviced here twice they always do a great job. Recently I bought a Yamaha Raptor 350 and had it serviced here. They did a great job on everything I asked for. And being that it is a 2004 anything that could've broke they notified me and talk to me on the phone asking if I wanted them to continue and take a chance on breaking the piece. They are very reliable and are really nice. By far the best service I have ever had."

  • "My 2007 Kawasaki sprung a leak on the gas tank (well past warranty). I contacted Billy in the service department; and he assured me that the problem will be taken care of. Billy worked with Kawasaki personally to have the gas tank replaced ($700) because it was obviously a defected part. Long Island Kawasaki & Yamaha replaced my gas tank FREE of charge. I have never seen a dealership staff so friendly and willing to help. Never again will i seek service for my motorcycle elsewhere! THANK YOU LI KAWASAKI & YAMAHA!"

  • "I Travel almost an hour to get to this dealer, there were 4 other dealer or maybe more between where i live and where this dealer located, i have to tell you this, there will be many more purchases i will do and will not hesitate to go back to them. Very professional and friendly people. Specially Zues, this gentleman took my word over the phone and customized the ATV i wanted to purchase without asking credit card or any other advance deposit over the phone. He gave me the best price on the quad. Dealer near me couldn't touch the price i got from Zues. Everyone was very nice, i am glad i took my business there and they have me for lifetime as a customer.   • "My 2007 Kawasaki ZX-6R had a broken intake valve, the valve broke while I was on the freeway which pretty much destroyed the motor. My bike is 3 years old and out of warranty, and I was facing a $2000-$3000 repair, if not more. (Billy)in the service department somehow talked Kawasaki into covering all of the expenses which included all of the parts and the complete service. I rode my bike home today having only paid for the towing fee; $150. I am very thankful, they took great care of me and my bike. Thank you once again Billy! Sincerely, Kevin Liu"
